Program

Crafted with a rare-infusion of curriculum, coaching, connections, and capital, the Overton Fellowship is designed to be an “inflection point” for Birmingham’s emerging leaders.

  • 3-4 hours of structured, in-person group activities for experiential learning and exploration.

  • Access to an executive coach for six sessions to provide tactical support.

  • Mentorship and support from local and national leaders.

  • Up to $2,500 for continued self-growth and learning, exploration of potential ideas.
