Candidates interested in applying should complete this form and email info@theovertonproject.org an attached video that addresses the following questions (no longer than 12 minutes):

1. Tell us about an idea that lights you up, a curiosity you want to explore, or a vision you hold about how you will change your world. How has this idea or purpose shown up in your life to date? What is your why right now in life?

2. Tell us about a risk that you've taken - a time you've gone against conventional wisdom, followed a wild hare idea, started something, and/or bet on yourself. Tell us whether you failed or succeeded, how you behaved, and how you grew from the experience.

3. Why now? Why is this the right time in your life for a Fellowship like this? What do you hope it will unlock for you? How would this inflect your current trajectory? What would you have to give up to join this Fellowship?

After the first round, a small group of candidates will be selected for a final interview with The Overton Project in February 2025.

Fellows will be selected and notified by March 1, 2025.
