Since its inception, Overton has supported 11 change agents in Birmingham. Now, we are seeking a new cohort to join the Spring 2024 program. The application deadline is Friday, February 2nd at 5pm CT.

Candidates interested in applying should complete this form and plan to submit a video that addresses the following questions (no longer than 12 minutes):
1. What is your “why”?
2. Have you ever taken a bet on yourself? What risks did you have to take?
3. Why now? Why is this the right time in your life for a Fellowship like this? What do you hope it will unlock for you?

After the first round, a small group of candidates will be selected for a final interview with The Overton Project.
Interview Window: February 12-16, 2024.
